Do NOT use:
- div (at least not for major markup)
- style in table tag (it will get applied to all td elements)
- style in tr tag
- ol / ul tags if additional formatting is needed (use table with 2 columns instead)
Use:
- table (and tables in tables, etc.)
To be sure:
- use style to set font-family, font-size with every p and span tag
